Biography

Hello there! I am Brad Hagmayer, a ceramic artist based in Royersford, Pennsylvania. Art has been my passion since childhood, and I have garnered numerous awards across various mediums.

For almost two decades, I have dedicated my talents to ceramic arts. As a member of the both The Potters Guild and Community Arts Center in Wallingford, Pennsylvania, I am recognized for my unique pieces crafted from both low fire and high fire clays, and I also experiment with Raku techniques.

Many of my artistic pursuits translate my love for animals into art. Prior to becoming a ceramic artist, I had a career in the veterinary field, serving as a practice manager for a veterinary office in the western suburbs of Philadelphia.

Some of My Favorite Pieces

As a clay artist, I find inspiration in sculpting a diverse range of animals, from octopi to rabbits to French bulldogs, capturing their unique charm and characteristics in my work. I'm also well known for my scultpures of trees and mushrooms. Through my varied creations, I aim to evoke a sense of wonder, admiration, and connection to the natural world. Massage Therapist

In addition to employing my hands as a ceramic artist, I harness their skill and dexterity as a certified massage therapist. The artistic finesse I've cultivated in sculpting also enhances my ability to provide therapeutic touch and relaxation through massage techniques.

These dual roles allow me to express creativity both artistically and holistically, benefiting both my clients and myself.
